Seven years of students showing up, nonprofits getting stronger, and communities being served. Here's what we built together.
Interns didn't just answer phones. They built things, created things, and taught things — real work that nonprofits actually needed.
Logos, social graphics, flyers, brand identities — interns brought visual storytelling to nonprofits that couldn't afford agencies.
Building and improving websites for organizations that needed a digital presence but lacked the technical team to make it happen.
Content calendars, campaigns, and community management — helping nonprofits grow their audiences and tell their stories.
Grant writing support, newsletters, blog posts, and impact reports — giving nonprofits the words they needed to make their case.
Promotional videos, testimonial edits, and social content — bringing nonprofit missions to life on screen.
Over 600 children received free tutoring and virtual summer camp programming, delivered by high school students who showed up with patience and heart.
350+ nonprofits trusted our interns with real work. Here are a few of the organizations we're proud to have served.
A nonprofit supporting girls in foster care. I4G interns provided graphic design, social media, and writing support to help amplify their mission.
A community health organization serving underserved populations. Interns helped with web development and marketing to expand their digital reach.
The globally recognized education nonprofit. I4G volunteers contributed to educational content and outreach efforts.
Interns provided ongoing communications and design support, helping the organization better connect with its community.
From the students and nonprofits who lived it.
"I came in thinking I'd just help with some social media posts. I left with a portfolio, a reference letter, and a career direction I never expected. Interns 4-Good changed the trajectory of my life."
"As a small nonprofit with no budget for a marketing team, having skilled, motivated high school interns was a game-changer. They brought energy, creativity, and real results."
"I was 16 and terrified to put myself out there. My supervisor at my nonprofit placement believed in me before I believed in myself. That confidence followed me to college."
"Interns 4-Good didn't just send us volunteers — they sent us professionals in training. The quality of work we received was genuinely impressive."
Leadership that led by example.
Founder & Visionary
Ellie founded Interns 4-Good in 2019 as a 15-year-old high school sophomore after struggling to find meaningful internships as a teen. What started as personal frustration became a national movement. Ellie's vision — that high school students have real skills and deserve real opportunities — drove everything the organization became. She has been recognized by Forbes, Google, the Gloria Barron Prize, and more. Her legacy is the 20,000+ students who found their voice through this platform.
